3 Finger ChickenPopular

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper
McCormick steak seasoning
3 slices of bacon
Asparagus
1/2 sliced red pepper
Sliced button mushrooms
3/4 cup dry white wine
6 leaves of fresh sliced basil
1 tbs butter

Take boneless skinless chicken breasts, slice each breast lenthwise
three times and stop before each is cut through (looks like 3 fingers:)
season with salt, pepper, and McCormick seasoning

Cook bacon until crispy and remove from pan. Remove most of
the bacon grease. Brown chicken in pan with added olive oil.
When done, remove from pan and add asparagus, red peppers, and
mushrooms.

When done, remove from pan, deglaze pan with white wine. Add
basil and butter. Reduce

Crumble bacon over chicken and surround with veggies and
cove with sauce. Serve with rice or orzo.
