3 Tbs Butter
1 Med Onion Chopped
1 Lb Sirloin
Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
2 tsp Flour
16 Oz Can Low Sodium Beef Broth
8 oz Sour Cream
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Gravy Coloring
In a large skillet, cook onion in 1 tbs butter until golden brown.
Remove and set aside. Add remaining butter to pan and brown
meat, set the meat aside with the onions. Brown the mushrooms,
remove from pan. Pour in a can of broth (reserve enough for
thickening). Add thickening to broth. Add worcestershire sauce,
sour cream, meat, onions, and mushrooms. Mix and heat. Serve
over mashed potatoes or buttered noodles.
