This is a classic dish popular in many Hispanic cuisines. It is an easy-to-prepare one pot meal combining rice and chicken with onions and peppers Goya Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper Garnish: 1.Shake Adobo on chicken pieces. In a large pot, heat oil on medium. Cook chicken until brown on both sides. 2.Stir in minced garlic, onion and green pepper and cook for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender. 3.Stir in water, Sazón and cubitos. Raise heat, and bring to a boil. 4.Add the rice and stir. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 25 minutes or until rice is tender. 5.Fluff rice and garnish with pimiento strips. 4 Servings
