1/2 Pound Angel Hair Pasta
2 Tbs Olive Oil
2 Cloves of Minced Garlic
1 Large Can of Italian Style Diced Tomatoes
1 Cup of Dry White Wine
2 Tbs Capers
10 Kalamata Olives, Pitted and Roughly Chopped
1/4 Cup of Light Feta Cheese  
Lemon Zest
Sea Salt and Pepper


Bring a large pot of water to boil, salt the water and add the pasta.  Cook
according to package directions.

While waiting for the water to boil, pour the oil into an large pan and
add the garlic.  Heat the oil over medium heat and when the garlic starts
to become fragrant add the white wine.  Cook down for one minute and then
add diced tomatoes, capers, and olives.  Season with salt and pepper to
taste and let the mixture cook for 3 minutes at a rapid simmer. Stir in the
cooked pasta and heat through.  Turn pasta into a large serving bowl and toss
with feta and lemon zest.  

Serve with salad for a light meal.  
This pasta is also great with shrimp.
